• Etkinlik alanına yiyecek içecek, kesici, delici veya yanıcı alet sokmak yasaktır.

• Etkinlik katılımcıları etkinlik alanı içerisinde fotoğraf & video çekiminin yapılacağını kabul eder. Etkinliklerimize katılan katılımcılar; Faura Club’ın kamera, fotoğraf makinesi ve/veya ses kayıt cihazı kullanılarak katılımcının görüntüsünün ve/veya ses kaydının alınmasına, bu kayıtların ve tüm görsellerin; Faura Club’ın diğer etkinlik ve hizmetleri için tanıtım, sosyal medya, Youtube ve internet platformlarında kullanılmasına muvafakat etmiş sayılmaktadır.

• Yazılı izin olmadığı takdirde profesyonel görüntü kayıt cihazları sokmak ve çekim yapmak yasaktır.

• Profesyonel olmayan cihazlarla, diğer misafirleri ve performans veren sanatçıları rahatsız edecek ve özel hayatının gizliliğini ihlal edecek çekim yapılmamasına özen gösterilmesi beklenmektedir. Flaşlı çekim yapmak kesinlikle yasaktır.

• Organizasyon ve mekan yetkilileri uygun görmedikleri kişileri etkinlik ve backstage alanına almama hakkına sahiptir.

• Etkinliğimiz süresince katılımcılarımızın başka marka veya firmaların tanıtımlarını veya hizmetlerinin reklamlarını yapmaları kesinlikle yasaktır‼️

• Organizasyon şirketi ve mekan, etkinlik için uygun görmediği kişileri bilet bedelini iade etmek koşuluyla etkinlik mekanına almama hakkına sahiptir‼️

• Kadın-erkek sayısındaki dengeye, tavır, üslup, giyim ve genel anlamıyla uygunluk konularına özellikle özen gösterilmekte olup bu ve bu gibi sebeplerden ötürü giriş yapılamayabilir. Bunun kararı tamamen kapı inisiyatifindedir. Kapımızın kararı sondur ve her koşulda geçerlidir.

• Satın alınan biletlerde iade, iptal veya değişim yapılamaz.

• Organizatörün mekanda, programda, line-up’ta ve bilet fiyatlarında değişiklik yapma hakkı saklıdır.

• Food, beverages, and any sharp, pointy, or flammable objects are strictly prohibited inside the event area.

• Event participants acknowledge that photography and video recording will take place within the event area. By attending, participants are deemed to have consented to Faura Club recording their image and/or voice through cameras, photo cameras, and/or audio recording devices, and to the use of such recordings and all visual materials for promotional purposes, including Faura Club’s other events and services across social media, YouTube, and other internet platforms.

• Without prior written permission, it is strictly prohibited to bring professional recording equipment or conduct any form of professional filming.

• Participants are expected to ensure that any recording made with non-professional devices does not disturb other guests or performing artists and does not infringe upon privacy rights.

• Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

• The organization and venue management reserve the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event or backstage area.

• During the event, it is strictly prohibited for participants to promote or advertise any other brands or companies’ products or services.

• The organizing company and venue reserve the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, in which case the ticket fee will be refunded.

• Particular attention is given to the balance of male and female attendees, as well as to behavior, communication style, attire, and overall appropriateness. Entry may be denied on these grounds. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the door staff and is final under all circumstances.

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted for purchased tickets.

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the venue, program, lineup, and ticket prices.
